Meditation and Sound Bath

A room falls quiet. Shoes come off. An intention is set. Then, as the crystal singing bowls begin to sing, the outside world slowly fades away ✨

Each month, SUN SISTA @home_underthesun transforms Witton Barracks into a space for rest, reflection and connection through a free community meditation and sound bath. Guided by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, medicine drums, chimes and other healing instruments, participants are invited to simply breathe, listen and let the sound lead the way.

In a world that rarely slows down, it’s a beautiful reminder to make time to pause. With growing scientific evidence supporting the benefits of sound baths for relaxation and wellbeing, it’s a simple but powerful way to reset both mind and body.
