Hutchinson Builders wish to advise Councillor Penny Wolff and all residents and local businesses of road closures to Coronation Drive, Toowong.

Currently we are targeting (subject to weather and unforeseen delay) a continuous verge and lane closure on Coronation Drive to facilitate manhole works on:

• Target date: Friday, 22 August to Sunday, 24 August 2025

• 06:30 pm – Midnight

• Contingency date: Friday, 29 August to Sunday, 31 August 2025

The closures will occur in between the approved out of hours times.

On behalf of Hutchinson Builders, we would like to thank Councillor Penny Wolff and all parties for their patience and understanding of any delay and or disruption that may occur during the above noted closures.

Hutchinson Builders will maintain access to driveways for residents and businesses within the closures.

Vehicles and pedestrians exiting premises will have access maintained via traffic controllers’ direction, care and supervision.

We wish to thank all residents in advance for your commitment and assistance in ensuring a safe works zone for all parties.

Although the effect on local and surrounding businesses shall be kept to a minimum, Hutchinson Builders would like to take the opportunity to ensure stakeholders/business owners are advised of the closure dates so that logistic co-ordination can be arranged.

Emergency services shall be given right away always should an event occur where Police, Fire or Ambulance are required to attend a property on Coronation Drive.
