π οΈ Council is investigating improvements to make Sylvan Road safer and more accessible, including:
β’ Improve safety for all road users in the precinct through a more efficient road network, improved intersections and a dedicated cycle path that separates transport modes.
β’ Provide a separated active transport connection between the Western Freeway Bikeway and the Bicentennial Bikeway for people of all ages and abilities.
β’ Improve accessibility to local shops, community facilities and public transport in Toowong.
β’ Create more active travel opportunities for residents, students, visitors and commuters by improving connectivity to Brisbaneβs inner city and western suburbs.
π΄ββοΈWe invite you to share your travel experiences on Sylvan Road and at key intersections in Toowong, including:
β’ Croydon Street, Sylvan Road and Jephson Street.
β’ Milton Road, Croydon Street and Morley Street.
β’ Milton Road and Sylvan Road.
