Walter Taylor Bridge is back Open!

🚗 Detours are done, the bridge is back baby!

🎉 Great news, Brisbane! Walter Taylor Bridge is back open to traffic ahead of schedule! 🙌🏼

Thanks to the incredible progress made by the project team over the weekend, all planned works have been successfully completed.

The fourth scheduled weekend closure (from Friday 19 June) is no longer needed. 👏

What you need to know 👇

✅ The bridge is now open to traffic

🚶‍♀️ The bridge footpath remains closed while scaffolding is removed

🚴 Pedestrian and cyclist detours via Jack Pesch Bridge remain in place, please follow onsite signage

🚌 Bus services 105, 106, 127, 598 and 599 continue to be impacted. Please check onsite signage or visit the Translink website for the latest updates
