Lord Mayor’s Young Environmental Leadership Network 🌿

Our city’s future environmental leaders were all present at the 2025 Lord Mayor’s Young Environmental Leadership Network (LMYELN) Graduation Showcase!

This year I was blown away:

💚 Brigidine College (Sianah, Alma, Georgia)

I loved their "Brigo Bees" roll out, I can't wait to see the beehive next time I'm at their Indro college campus.

💚 Brisbane Boys’ College (Shanuka, Michael, Harry)

Shared their energy saving idea to cut electricity bills at their school.

💚 QASMT (Raashee, Lena, Nakshathra)

Created incredible sustainability project with rubbish bins in their school.

Congratulations to all students! Programs like LMYELN show that leadership starts young and with passion, teamwork, and a love for our planet, anything is possible!
